1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raselbot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raselbot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raselbot and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
• The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

In no event shall Raselbot’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid Raselbot in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred (100) US dollars.

9. Indemnification

By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raselbot, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of any of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service or the content you provide.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You acknowledge and agree that by using the Service, you accept these Terms and commit to indemnifying Raselbot as described herein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fes, as determined by Raselbot, in accordance with the rules of the Fes, except that Raselbot may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Fes city, Morocco for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
